Painter

I create paintings that blur the lines between memory, material, and movement. My work is shaped by process—layering, scraping, letting things show through. I often begin with a feeling, a fragment, or a personal image.

The figures, the textures, the colours—they all come from lived experience. Stories of migration, family, and distance find their way into each piece, even if quietly.

While painting is my main language, some works include found or sculptural elements—things I keep around because they speak before I do.
